Nova River District
Nova River District, a new mixed-use development in Rome, GA, spanning 300,885 GSF, is set to become the anchor of the Rome River Arts District. This project will create a walkable community, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of Downtown Rome while enhancing the area's historic streetscapes.
The first phase of redevelopment, expected to be completed in fall 2025, will feature 250 residences, a DIY art space, a fitness center, wellness-centered amenities, and an acre of programmable greenspace designed to foster social engagement and outdoor activities.
